We are a Web 2.0 Mobility start-up developing workforce management service and are looking for a Senior Web UI Designer who is prolific in Rich Internet Application design using Javascript, AJAX , DHTML, XML/XSL/XSD, JSON, Motools, jMaki, jQuery. Able to understand JSF and JAVA and interface with Java developers.
Prototype, DWR, Dojo are plus.
No flash or .NET.
Must have designed multiple Web Sites.

Part-time, Flex-time, and telecommuting is OK with some face2face meetings (in Boston area) per week. Contract-1099. Potential Temp to Perm.

Has to be able to work with minimal supervision and able to work in a distributed team environment.
Capable to set up web development environments, understand business requirements, create concise design documents, write maintainable code with passion for testing, integrate with other modules, and support in production.
