Sr. Software Engineer - Wellesley, MA

One of our clients, a leader in the Healthcare domain, has turned to Guidance to help them identify a key person for their development team.

The ideal candidate will bring a senior level of software development experience and skill, good analytical abilities, good organization skills, good communication skills, a strong work ethic and an open mind. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of total software development experience, with demonstrated success in implementing complex software systems.

2 to 4 years of Java/Web Application development experience (Servlets, Java, JavaScript, DHTML, JDBC).
2 to 3 years of SQL/DBMS skills.
2 to 3 years of XML/XSLT processing.

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
Experience with SOAP/Web services. Additional Knowledge & Skills
Good knowledge of object oriented design and programming techniques.
Good working knowledge of the Eclipse IDE.
Understanding of modern software architecture concepts multi-tier architecture, etc.
