We are a Web 2.0 Mobility start-up developing workforce management services and are looking for a Business Analyst with strong communication and analytic skills, ability to collect software requirements, document business processes, create flow diagrams, write use cases for a Web 2.0 technology product. Has to be able to work with minimal supervision and able to work in a distributed team environment.

Capable to set up requirements gathering process, interact with business and product development, understand business requirements, create concise use case documents, verify product development by testing it against collected requirements, and support business development and product management.
Experienced in working with software product development
Web experience, Social Networking is a plus

Experience scheduling, workforce management is a plus.
