Hello all,

I'm Dario Laverde, your new organizer and I lead a local JUG, The NYC Java Study Groups: http://nycjava.net...

The Teaspot at 127 Macdougal St. (corner of W 3rd St.) is our new meetup location (the downstairs room - walk to the back to go downstairs). There is free Wi-Fi so bring your laptop: http://www.teaspotco.... We will adjourn to a nearby bar or restaurant afterwards.

I'll be giving a report on the annual JavaOne conference (May 7-11), and if anyone has any announcements please feel free, this an excellent opportunity to network with local Java enthusiasts.

I'll be wearing a t-shirt with Duke, the Java mascot. And in case you don't know what Duke is, see http://nycjava.net....
